Minute Studio 1.0.0 is on its way. What’s in it

Install on a Mac

  1. Open the downloaded disk image and drag Minute Studio to Applications.
  2. Open Minute Studio. The 14-day trial starts by itself; it needs an internet connection once.
  3. The first time you record, allow the source you chose: Screen & System Audio Recording for system audio, or Microphone for the microphone.

Updates

Minute Studio never updates itself. Choose Check for Updates… in the app to see whether a newer version is out; it brings you here.

A perpetual license includes 12 months of updates. A version built after they end needs an update renewal, and every version built before keeps working, with every feature.

Requirements

  • A Mac with Apple silicon. Intel Macs are not supported.
  • macOS 14.2 or later. Translation needs macOS 15 or later.
  • About 3 GB of disk space for the app, which includes both AI models, plus room for your recordings.
  • 16 GB of memory recommended.
  • An internet connection to start the trial, to activate, and at least once every 60 days after that.
  • Permission for the source you record from: Screen & System Audio Recording for system audio, or Microphone for the microphone. Only the one you use is needed.
